Quintessentially American: Meet Hajra from Pakistan

America is, indeed, a melting pot.  The various cultures, races, religions and identities truly make this country one of a kind.  

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to go to my favorite boba tea place and then decide to eat some delish falafel from the Middle Eastern place right next to it.  

To eliminate America’s variety is to remove the essential seasonings from a stew that was passed down in your family for generations upon generations.  It is like finally mastering the art of baking a soufflé  and then deciding you might as well just poke holes in it before serving.
